I have always had a conceptual block about imaginary numbers. Mathematics is logically coherent. How can -1 x -1 = +1 ? - they try to justify this with mumbo jumbo and hocus pocus. Imaginary numbers are not part of normal maths & should be separated out into a subject called "Imaginary maths".
