Mr Trump represents the ‘death’ of the ‘20th century american man’ — retiring at 10,000 per day, laid off, factories closed; politically obsolete. A major cultural force & a particular way of life is gone. This is about millions of men & women who are all retiring now & the exuberant lives they have lived. The coming world of the millennial generation is utterly different — billionaires and foodstamps. Not much else.
